I’ve found it you guys! The easiest way to decorate your pumpkins that you’ll ever learn…
This is a pumpkin decorating idea that I made up 11 years ago, you can see my first post about it. They’ve been copied here and there over the years, and even featured in Real Simple magazine one year!
I’ve never gotten over just how easy and CUTE this no-mess pumpkin DIY project is and figured I’d make it again this year.
Only better!
Because, let’s be honest everything has gotten cuter over the past 11 years… so why not these pumpkins as well?
I’ve updated the design by using the cutest push pins ever and creating a style that is a little more international than just POP!
Materials needed:
- Pumpkins in various sizes. I like the look of this project on white pumpkins the best, but any color you find will do.
- Cute push pin thumbtacks can be found lots of places.
- Butterly ones
- Black hearts
- Colored
To make the Push Pin Pumpkins you’ll decide on your design beforehand and then just start pushing! Couldn’t be easier.
For the heart version, I painted over the black hearts to make a sweet statement.
For the butterfly Pumpkin
For the Flower Power version
And lastly for the gummy Bear Pumpkin
