What do you think is the most important door in your house?
Would you say the front door, or perhaps the master bedroom door…
I think it’s the garage mudroom entrance door for sure. Mostly, because this is the door our family uses to access the house 2,5,10 times a day. The front door is nice and all, but this is the door that gets the most use.
So let’s revamp it and make it pretty!
And can I tell you something? My door was so gross…

Start With Paint
I started by cleaning and painting the door a fresh happy hue of greenish blue.

Then I purchased this HELLO decal from Etsy and got to work making my door one I knew I would love.
How To Install The Wall Decal
The decal went on super easy by lining it up to the door and sticking it on like a sticker.
Once it was in the correct position, I used a small firm tool to connect the decal well to the door.
After this, all that was left was to gently pull off the transfer paper.
A little more smoothing out left a HELLO welcome sign behind that makes me smile every time I walk in the door.
